We offer a SECURE PAYMENT SYSTEM and are happy to accept payment by most major debit and credit cards, or you can pay directly into our bank account (or come down in person to our office) please call for details, via our. Showroom & Office Open: Monday to Thursday between 9.am and 5pm. Friday 9am to 4pm

We discuss your needs via telephone or we have a showroom and the majority of our customers like to come in and speak to us in person and have a look at the Commercial Catering Equipment  and sundries we have on display.

Please Note, Purchasers paying via Credit Card will incur a standard 2.50% commission charge to the total sale value and we will require written confirmation of order and delivery details from the Cardholder. (Please call to discuss)

The Company : A-Z Catering Equipment

The Buyer:  The Person

The Company uses its best endeavours to ensure that the information contained on our website and publications is accurate and not misleading. Accordingly The Company reserves the right, without obligation, to amend or delete product information without notice.

The Company reserves the right to change the advertised price at any time.

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.

It is very important to discuss dimension accessibility and times.

Where a delivery attempt has been made and failed due to customer error, a subsequent delivery charge may be made.

If any goods received by the Buyer HAVE BEEN DAMAGED (these must be checked before signing for them) . If they have been damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must inform the Company of such damage at the time of delivery.

Warranty

Will be as per manufactures specifying  parts or parts/labour and how many years to be agreed with the Company and Buyer.

Returns

If for whatever reason a new product is to be returned it must be unused and still in the original packaging and returned by the buyer at the Buyer's expense to the address agreed by buyer and The Company.  Prior to returning any product a Returns Number must be obtained from The

Company.  This number must be quoted on all future correspondence and clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.  Once  received the product will be inspected and , if found to be deffective or damaged in any way, you will be contacted to ascertain if you want to collect the product.  If accepted, a re-stocking Fee of a minimum of 20% will be charged. 

The Company reserves the right to impose an administration charge on all returns.

 Payment must be received for the whole of the price of the Goods purchased, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise.  If you are an account customer, (a deposit may apply)  payment shall be made in full within 30 days of the date of invoice.  Credit Facilities may be revoked at the absolute discretion of  A-Z Catering Equipment, all outstanding balances will be payable immediately.

If the Buyer fails to pay any sum due,  the Buyer will be liable to pay interest to  The Company. Interest will be  accruing on a daily basis (to be agreed) until payment is made in full. (Equipment remains the Property of A-Z Catering Equipment unit payment is made in full)

All unpaid cheques returned by the bank will have an Administration fee levied to the account
